Are you an Engineer from an HGV, PSV or similar background looking to step up into a Supervisor role? On offer is a days-based supervisory position where you will run the day-to-day operations of a busy workshop for a market-leading transport organisation. The company is one of the largest passenger transport companies in the UK who are rapidly growing, and as a result looking for supervisors to join their team and deliver a high-quality service to customers.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing a close-knit team of engineers, coordinating workloads, delegating tasks and ensuring servicing and maintenance activities are completed efficiently and to a high standard. This role would suit a skilled Engineer with PSV or HGV experience who is ready to take the next step into supervision, looking for increased responsibility, leadership exposure and career progression.
