In this role you will have full responsibility for the leadership, financial performance and operational success of the business. Working with local management teams and wider group functions, you will drive commercial growth, improve operational efficiency and ensure the business continues to deliver exceptional standards of service, compliance and customer satisfaction.

THE ROLE:- Taking full ownership of P&L performance, budgets and overall business delivery
- Leading operational teams across logistics, service delivery, compliance and customer performance
- Developing and executing business plans to improve revenue, efficiency and profitability
- Managing regulatory compliance, health & safety standards and operational performance
- Building strong relationships with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders while driving continuous improvement
- From a Waste Management / Recycling background
- Senior leadership experience within waste management, logistics, transport, environmental services or a similar operational industry
- Proven experience managing a significant P&L and delivering business improvement
- Strong understanding of transport operations, compliance and regulated environments
- Commercially focused with the ability to balance growth, service and operational efficiency
