Overview
You will take commercial ownership of significant contracts across Scotland and Northern England, spanning New Build, Social Housing and Commercial projects. The role sits in a growing commercial team, collaborating with clients and operations to drive profitability and spend control. You will manage valuations, variations, forecasting and reporting, while negotiating contracts and procuring subcontractors. This is a chance to take autonomy and progress within a well-established contractor with a strong project pipeline.

Responsibilities
- Commercial ownership of contracts from mobilisation through to final account
- Manage valuations, variations, forecasting and commercial reporting
- Contract negotiation and subcontractor procurement
- Liaise with clients and site teams; conduct site visits across Scotland and Northern England
- Support Head of Commercial with ongoing commercial insights and governance
Key requirements
- Experience managing commercial contracts within construction
- Strong experience with valuations, variations and commercial reporting
- Confident client-facing communication and negotiation skills
- Quantity Surveying or related qualification (preferred)
- Willingness to commute to Dunfermline and travel across regions
