You'll be backed with funded training and a hybrid setup built around getting the job done, not clock-watching.The business is continuing to expand while maintaining its strong culture, client relationships and employee retention. You will play a key role in establishing and leading the Quantity Surveying function in Leeds, with significant autonomy to shape its growth.The role would suit an ambitious Quantity Surveyor who enjoys working with clients, developing business and wants the opportunity to build a team beneath them.The successful candidate will have support from experienced Directors across the wider business, with training and professional development funded where required.The Role:Establish and lead the Quantity Surveying function in LeedsDevelop new and existing client relationships through business developmentWork closely with Senior Directors to identify and secure new opportunitiesCoordinate BD, marketing, resourcing and knowledge sharing across the businessChampion the QS service line and drive best practice and quality controlDevelop service line strategies, SMART objectives and business plansIdentify opportunities for operational and process improvementsSupport the development and mentoring of colleaguesBuild a strong community of practice across the wider businessContribute to the continued growth of the Leeds officeThe Person:MRICS or FRICS qualifiedDegree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related disciplineConsultancy backgroundStrong client-facing and relationship-building skillsProven business development abilityAmbitious, driven and motivated to build something from the ground upStrong communication and interpersonal skills Reference Number: BBBH279559To apply for this role or to be considered for further roles, please click "Apply Now" or contact Lewis Jones at Rise Technical Recruitment.
