Overview
As a Design Engineer specialized in MEP Revit, you will lead BIM coordination on live building services projects, delivering high-quality Revit MEP models and clash-free outputs. You will work closely with the BIM Director and senior stakeholders to uphold recognised standards within a multiple-project environment. This role emphasizes deep BIM ownership, model quality, and right-first-time delivery over people-management, offering technical growth and meaningful project impact.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate M&E BIM information across multiple projects
- Produce and maintain Revit MEP models, conduct clash detection
- Deliver construction-phase BIM outputs within a Common Data Environment
- Manage model quality and deliverables in collaboration with senior stakeholders
- Support teams to ensure right-first-time BIM information
Key requirements
- Strong M&E Revit/BIM background using Revit MEP
- Experience coordinating mechanical & electrical services and running clash detection (Navisworks)
- Good working knowledge of BIM workflows
