Responsibilities
- Service and maintenance of air and ground source heat pumps
- Work mainly in residential properties
- Mentor junior engineers and assist the office with technical queries
- Field-based schedule with 2–4 jobs per day
- Progression towards supervisor level and training in ground source and MVHR
Key requirements
- Experienced engineer
- Air source heat pump experience essential
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong customer-facing manner
- Mentoring and knowledge sharing
