Are you a Heat Pump Engineer, Plumbing & Heating Engineer or Heating Engineer looking for a long-term role where you can develop your skillset across renewable heating, with clear progression as the team grows? On offer is a permanent position with a well-established renewable heating business, covering a local York patch with no stays away.
You'll get genuine responsibility across both the design and delivery of heat pump installations, with the chance to grow into a senior/lead position longer-term. The business is known for quality-led work and strong customer service, and they're now recruiting as part of succession planning and continued growth.
In this role you will:
- Design heat pump systems following customer surveys
- Install, maintain and repair ASHP/GSHP and associated heating systems
- Conduct inspections, diagnostics and fault-finding (domestic & commercial)
- Work within a local York patch (no stays away), permanent 40 hours per week
The Person:
- NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing & Heating (or equivalent)
- Air Source / Ground Source heat pump experience (ASHP/GSHP)
- Full UK driving licence
