On offer is a technical leadership role within a manufacturer of brands that are household names, where you will be given full autonomy to support the future growth of a team of 11 and drive success in the department, while operating as a Senior Manager in a well-renowned organisation.
This company is a well-established manufacturer that has operated for over a century, with almost 200 employees on this site. Due to an internal promotion within the group, they are looking for someone who can help play a vital role in the future growth of the team.
On offer is a highly autonomous role where you will be responsible for leading all the R&D functions within the business. The role is focused on getting the most out of the team and driving future plans for growth within the division.
The role would suit a leader or manager from a technical background, such as Manufacturing, Engineering, R&D, Science or similar, looking for an autonomous role where you will plan and execute the continued development of the R&D division of the business.
The Role:
- Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours
- Leading a team of 11 engineers
- Managing R&D functions in the business (including product development, continuous improvement, project engineering)
- Developing bigger picture plans for future growth of the team and business
The Candidate:
- Experience as a Leader, Manager, or Lead Engineer
- Full UK Driver's license
