Are you an experienced Technical Manager with a strong background managing engineers, contractors or technical teams? Do you want the autonomy to take ownership of a growing technical function and make a genuine impact within a supportive renewable energy business?
We are working with a growing renewable energy business that is looking for an experienced Technical Manager to take ownership of its technical function. This is a hands-on management position, working across both the office and site, with responsibility for managing teams, supporting engineers and contractors and ensuring the smooth delivery of projects from end to end.
The company has a supportive and collaborative culture and offers the successful candidate the opportunity to make a real difference. This is a role for someone who enjoys ownership and responsibility, as you will have the autonomy to make decisions, improve processes and work closely with the Directors to help shape the continued growth of the business.
You will ideally have progressed through the ranks within an electrical, construction or renewable energy environment, with experience managing engineers, contractors or technical teams. A background in domestic solar or renewable energy would be advantageous but is not essential. More important is your ability to manage people, understand technical requirements and take ownership across both the office and field operation.
