The Role:
- Full-time permanent days-based role with a large food manufacturer.
- Maintain and uphold standards of health and safety, quality, discipline, food hygiene, communication, and employee relations.
- Develop, train, and motivate staff, including managing staff timetables to ensure the production area runs efficiently.
- Advise, recommend, and implement any improvements to work methods which could improve productivity, performance, or economy of operation.
