Overview
In this role you lead delivery of multi-utility infrastructure projects across the North West, shaping H&S, programme, and cost performance. You’ll collaborate with site teams and subcontractors to drive safe, on-time, and on-budget delivery. The role offers long-term development within a professional, award-winning environment. Responsibilities
- Project manage a portfolio of multi-utility/infrastructure works across the North West
- Own H&S performance, incident investigation and corrective actions
- Control costs, monitor productivity, prepare weekly reports, BOQs, and order materials/plant
- Coordinate delivery teams and subcontractors; act as key point of contact for site managers
Key requirements
- Utility/civil infrastructure project delivery experience (gas, electric, water, heat networks)
- Experience of multi-utility new housing works
- Relevant qualification/authorisation (Civil Engineering qual, AE (gas), SAP (electric) or NCO3 (water)) or equivalent utilities experience
