Are you a self-starting, motivated Maintenance, Facilities or Manager looking to join an internationally-renowned unique manufacturer and service provider in a highly autonomous role, where you will have the authority and scope to take control of maintenance, operational and facilities based processes and technically diverse projects?

Within this pivotal role, you will have full responsibility for the continued effectiveness of the maintenance operations department and overall maintenance strategies across sites and the facility. You will also be tasked with implementing effective and productive maintenance systems and processes within the function of the team whilst being the go-to technical hub for maintenance and operations issues, health & safety compliance and standards.

Candidates with Maintenance Team, Maintenance Operations and Contractor Leadership experience are encouraged to apply. The Role:

  • Lead and coordinate the Maintenance Operations Department to deliver a high level of manufacturing efficiency
  • Creating and developing new processes and standards across the business
  • Facilities management, maintenance works and maintenance scheduling
  • Monday - Friday, days based

  • Management experience of teams of engineers, contractors and sub-contractors
  • Experience implementing maintenance schedules, new processes and with FM and scheduling related software
  • Commutable from Colchester, Ipswich, Clacton-on-Sea, Braintree, Felixstowe and surrounding areas.
