Due to continued investment, growth and expansion within their machining department, they are now looking to appoint a CNC Turner Supervisor to help lead day-to-day operations on the shop floor.
You will play a key role in supporting the smooth running of the machine shop, working closely with the team while receiving structured training to develop your supervisory skills. This is a Monday to Friday, days-based position with genuine routes to progress further as the business continues to grow.
