The ideal candidate is an experienced Solar PV Electrician or Lead Solar Electrician with strong practical and electrical knowledge, looking to progress into a technical management role covering site audits, quality control, technical support and team mentoring.

- Oversee the technical delivery of commercial and utility-scale Solar PV projects, ensuring quality, safety and compliance.
- Carry out site audits, quality checks, and technical assessments.
- Liaise with project managers, clients, suppliers and contractors to resolve technical issues.
- Manage technical and handover documentation, including test certificates and compliance reports.
- Mentor engineers and technicians while supporting the wider project team.
- Hybrid role based near Chesterfield with occasional site visits.
The Person:
- Experienced Solar PV Electrician or Lead Solar Electrician with commercial or utility-scale experience.
- Full UK driving licence.
