Are you an experienced Project Engineer from a Fire & Security background looking to progress further in your career and take responsibility for delivering projects to the highest standards? On offer is a position within an established and growing company where you will support Project Managers, take ownership of engineering delivery, and oversee engineers and subcontractors across a range of Fire & Security projects. This company specialises in Fire & Security solutions and is now looking for an experienced Project Engineer to help deliver projects safely, on time, within budget and to a consistently high standard.
The day to day of this role includes:
- Supporting Project Managers
- Engineering installation and upgrade projects
- Overseeing engineers and subcontractors
- Ensuring all works meet customer, quality and safety requirements
You will also be involved with CCTV, Access Control, Intruder Alarms and Fire Alarm systems, alongside completing project documentation and liaising with customers.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on Project Engineering experience within the Fire & Security industry, with a good understanding of NSI standards and experience managing engineers or subcontractors.
The role: Project Engineer - Fire & Security CCTV, Access Control, Intruder Alarms & Fire Systems
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
The person:
- Good knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, Intruder Alarms and Fire Alarm systems
- Experience managing engineers and subcontractors
- ECS card
- Full UK Driving Licence
The salary advertised is the bracket available for this position. The actual salary paid will be dependent on your level of experience, qualifications and skill set and will be decided by our client, the employer.
