Overview

Responsibilities
- Oversee client relationships, project delivery, work planning and business operations
- Lead and develop engineering and project management teams
- Improve back-office processes and the quality system
- Support compliance, health & safety, HR, data protection and wider business processes
- Provide professional support to senior management and contribute to business planning and continuous improvement
Key requirements
- Experience in TIC industry, ideally with machinery or engineering focus
- Prior experience in operations, office management or leadership of support services
- Strong people-management skills with influence and development ability
- Excellent organisation and project management with ability to manage competing priorities
- Confident communicator with strong Microsoft Office skills and a professional, flexible approach
