In this days-based leadership role, you will own the mechanical maintenance function for a busy process plant within the renewable energy sector.
You will lead a team, drive planned, preventive and corrective maintenance, and collaborate to improve spares, contractor performance, and safety standards.

Responsibilities
- Lead a team delivering planned, preventative and corrective mechanical maintenance
- Manage maintenance activity through the CMMS with accurate task histories
- Oversee stores and spares processes and drive cost-saving improvements
- Coordinate contractors and support shutdowns/outages and call-out rota
- Maintain CMMS records and ensure work completed to safety and quality standards
- Drive continuous improvement across systems, spares, and contractor performance
- Develop engineers and lead from the front in a process-focused environment
- Key requirements
- Trade-based apprenticeship in Mechanical Engineering
