In this position, you will oversee production, play a key part in scheduling, train and develop leadership staff, organize and optimize company processes, and create the structure for a variety of production and site-based teams to ensure high standards are maintained.
This role will suit an ambitious and highly organised person with leadership experience in any Engineering or Manufacturing sector, looking to become the right hand to the Managing Director due to retirement.
The Role:
- Overseeing the Manufacturing, Production and Management teams, whilst improving operational efficiency and processes across the board.
- Working closely with the Senior Leadership Team to improve operational efficiency across the Engineering functions.
- Full industry training and scope for career progression.
The Person:
- Previous Production or Manufacturing leadership experience.
- Experience managing, coaching and leading team managers and team leaders in a production environment.
- Experience managing budgets, strategies and team building.
- Commutable from Swindon, Cirencester, Royal Wotton Bassett, Chippenham, Calne and the surrounding areas.
