In this role, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of new build housing developments, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards. You will coordinate labour, materials, plant and subcontractors, monitor production against programme, maintain site records, manage health, safety and environmental compliance, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction throughout the construction and handover process.
The ideal candidate will have previous Site Management experience within the residential sector. Candidates with a desire to progress within a growing business are encouraged to apply. The Role:
