This well-established business is experiencing significant growth, with turnover set to increase from £40m to £200m following a number of major contract wins. As part of this expansion, they are looking to strengthen their commercial team with an experienced Estimator who can produce accurate, competitive tenders whilst helping to maximise commercial opportunities across the region.
On offer is a varied and autonomous role where you will:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for residential developments
- Manage subcontract enquiries and pricing
- Work closely with Buying, Surveying and Commercial teams to ensure commercially robust bids from tender through to project handover

The Role:
- Prepare accurate cost estimates and tender submissions for residential developments
- Manage subcontract and material enquiries, analysing quotations to produce competitive bids
