Factory-based role eligible for technical progression within an innovative manufacturing company in the aerospace sector.

Responsibilities
- Quality Assurance and compliance with AS9100 and customer quality requirements.
- Manage a team of 3 Quality Engineers, providing leadership and direction.
- Produce and maintain quality documentation including control plans, FAIRs (First Article Inspection Reports) and internal non-conformance (NC) processes.
- Support quality assurance activities across manufacturing processes to ensure product quality and regulatory compliance.
- The Person / Qualifications
- Quality Engineering background with experience in the aerospace industry.
- Knowledge of AS9100 quality management systems.
- Proven capability to lead and develop a small quality engineering team.
