They are a bespoke design and manufacturer of a range of equipment utilised within industries across the world. With ambitious, forward thinking plans they wish to take on a skilled technician into their production team to help drive production forward.

In this role you will receive full product training in order to produce, assemble and pack equipment & products ready for shipping to customers. Other responsibilities will involve maintaining stock lists, performing goods-in quality checks, monthly stock takes & keeping the production and stock storage rooms tidy. Manual handling is involved in this role & attention to detail and meticulous record keeping is essential.

This is a fantastic opportunity to become a product & task expert in a pioneering field whilst receiving full on the job training. Alongside this you will have the ability to significantly progress your career into exciting senior level positions within the company in the longer term, whilst being part of a highly successful & ambitious team & company.

The Role:

  • Reading & following Engineering drawings to produce & assemble valves and other products
  • Using wide range of manual tools, pillar drill, basic lathe skills, using callipers and gauges
  • Stock takes, goods-in & quality checks
  • Full product training & exciting long-term progression
  • Monday - Friday days - hours PW

The Person:

  • Previous experience as a Production Technician in a similar engineering environment
  • Ability to read & follow engineering drawings & previous experience using Lathes, Pillar Drills, Callipers and Gauges
  • Desire to learn, Develop & progress their career long term as part of a successful team & company
  • Highly motivated, ability to work on your own, prioritize your workload & work to tight deadlines
  • High work ethic, excellent attention to detail & passionate about working to best of ability
