This company are specialists building contractors who offer a range of services to commercial and industrial clients, such as facilities maintenance, roofing, refurbishment, and more. Due to accelerated growth, they have a brand new role for an Operations Director to facilitate their exciting plans. On offer is a highly autonomous role, where you will work with the Operations Director to implement new processes to enable future growth opportunities in the company. You will lead a team of project managers to complete projects to a high standard.

This role would suit someone with experience in a strategic leadership or project management position, such as Operations Managers, Project Managers, Technical Managers or similar. It would be highly beneficial to have knowledge of the facilities maintenance, building services, or construction industry.

The Role:

  • Monday - Friday, 40 hours
  • Succession plan to directorship
  • Operational management, process improvement
  • Managing team of project managers

The Person:

  • Operations Management, Project management or similar experience
  • Construction, building services, or FM background ideally (related experience considered)
  • Full UK Driver's license
