Rise Technical is seeking a Desk-Based AV Technical Support Engineer in Bolton.
This role is hybrid/remote, primarily desk-based, offering training and progression as you keep conferencing and AV systems running smoothly from a remote setting.
You will diagnose faults, provide end-user support via phone, email and remote access, monitor systems and escalate to field engineers when needed.
A strong AV background and ability to support non-technical users are essential.
