In this role, you will work across a varied commercial portfolio, undertaking site inspections, carrying out dilapidations, preparing schedules of condition, running contract administration, managing reports, and attending regular client meetings. This is a highly client-facing role requiring strong communication skills, technical confidence, and the ability to work independently.
The ideal candidate will hold a Building Surveying degree, hold MRICS or AssocRICS, be self-sufficient, confident on site and able to manage a range of surveying instructions with autonomy.
