Covering the Midlands: based around Stratford-upon-Avon, Coventry, Leamington Spa, Birmingham, Redditch, Worcester, Rugby, Banbury, and surrounding areas.

This company are specialists in providing heavy machinery to clients within the construction, rail and other industries. They have recently grown with more depots opening around the UK, with further exciting growth plans coming in 2026.

On offer is a varied role with great training and overtime earning potential, where you will carry out service, maintenance and repair of heavy plant machinery, such as diggers, dumpers and excavators. This role would suit a mechanical engineer who is looking to step into the heavy plant industry, such as from other mechanical or vehicle mechanic backgrounds. Candidates from plant machinery, agricultural, HGV, REME, or similar heavy engineering backgrounds are highly encouraged to apply.

The Role

  • Monday - Friday, 42.5 hours
  • Service, repair and maintenance of various heavy plant equipment
  • Great training and progression
  • Plentiful overtime paid at premium rate

  • From a mechanical / heavy engineering / vehicle background
  • Looking to get into heavy plant engineering / construction plant
