In this role, you will be based at the Egham office, working alongside a team of Quantity Surveyors. You will manage payment applications, cost variations, purchase orders, and assist with cost reporting. This is a fully office-based position with no hybrid working.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' Quantity Surveying experience, preferably within construction sectors such as residential, landscaping, or new-build projects. You will possess strong commercial awareness, excellent Excel skills, and effective communication, and be ready to take the next step in your career while continuing to receive support and training.
