They are bringing a genuinely disruptive microscopy software product to market, with huge scope for long-term growth as the business expands globally.

In this role you will support customers with installation, configuration and troubleshooting, deliver demos and technical training, and feed real-world user insight back into the software roadmap.

You'll also support pre-sales activities and represent the company at conferences and events.

Travel is occasional (typically 1-2 days per month).

The Role Applications Engineer supporting global scientific customers (remote + occasional travel)Install/configure/troubleshoot electron microscopy software integrations Deliver product demos, workshops and technical training (live + remote)Work closely with R&D, translating customer feedback into product improvements.

Desirable: Ph D, based in the North West.
