Responsibilities
- Manage full cost and procurement packages from inception to completion on fit-out projects
- Oversee projects across shopfitting, hospitality, and heritage sectors
- Coordinate with site teams and clients to control budgets and timelines
- Travel to sites as required and base in Antrim
- Support training and progression initiatives within the team

- Experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction
