In this role you will own the day-to-day running of a busy aftersales service workshop, where you will be delivering repairs and servicing, alongside the refurbishment of traded-in, used machines. This is a hands-on role: you'll be on the tools alongside the team as much as managing them.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the service and maintenance of agricultural, REME, construction, plant (or similar) machinery and also be able to motivate and lead a small, passionate and high performing team.

The Role:
- Workshop Manager - Site based in Andover
- Hands on role + workshop operations duties & supervision of a small team
- Service, Maintenance, repair, diagnostics & refurbishment of specialist machinery
- Health & Safety, Maintaining workshop records, QC/PDI inspections etc.
The Person:
- Mechanical service & maintenance background with leadership / managerial experience in a similar role
- Transferable industries: REME, Plant, Construction, agricultural, mobile, service, and heavy lifting machinery / equipment etc.
- Looking for a long-term secure workshop based role with a company who value and continually upskill and progress their employees through the business
- Live commutable to Andover
The salary advertised is the bracket available for this position. The actual salary paid will be dependent on your level of experience, qualifications and skill set and will be decided by our client, the employer.
