This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Acoustic Consultant to join a well-established and growing acoustic consultancy delivering varied projects across London and the wider South East.

Are you an experienced acoustic consultant with strong Building and Environmental Acoustics knowledge looking to step into a senior role? Are you looking to join a collaborative business where you can support junior team members and play a key part in technical delivery and client relationships?

On offer is the opportunity to join a consultancy specialising in both Building Acoustics and Environmental Acoustics, delivering projects across a wide range of sectors from small residential planning assessments through to large-scale commercial developments. In this role, you will work closely with an established London team, supporting both technical delivery and commercial performance.

You will be responsible for site surveys, testing, report writing, and producing quotations, while maintaining strong client relationships and supporting the development of junior consultants. This is a client-facing role offering strong project variety, responsibility, and long-term progression within a business that values innovation and teamwork.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience delivering both Building and Environmental Acoustics consultancy projects, with excellent report writing ability and confidence managing surveys independently. The Role:
  • Carry out noise and acoustic surveys on site
  • Undertake testing, process data and produce technical reports
  • Prepare quotations and support incoming project enquiries
  • Manage client relationships and deliver consultancy advice
  • Support junior consultants commercially and technically
  • Deliver projects across building acoustics and environmental acoustics
The Person:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience
  • Experience in building acoustics and environmental acoustics
  • Confident completing surveys and writing reports independently
  • Commercial awareness and client-facing confidence
  • Strong technical knowledge and communication skills
