Workshop Manager £40,000 – £50,000 + Further Training + Progression + Monday to Friday + Days Based + Company Benefits Rushden (Commutable from: Northampton, Milton Keynes, St Neots, Bedford, Wellingborough, Kettering, Corby) Are you a Workshop Manager / Supervisor from a Heavy Engineering background, looking for a new and exciting role with a global leader where you will lead a small team of engineers and help grow the business further. On offer is the chance to step up into a management position with this rapidly growing company, where you will put your own stamp on the department, whilst being heavily invested in by the company. These global leaders are at the forefront of their industry and are continuing to grow from strength to strength. They are now looking for an enthusiastic individual to come in and help lead the team. This is a Monday to Friday days-based role, you will be responsible for the day to day running off the Workshop, whilst also having a hands-on approach and assisting with the service and maintenance of equipment.
