Excellent opportunity for someone from an AV or electrical installations background who is looking for a technical support role working with a portfolio of high tech products with a global business.
Do you come from an electrical background and looking to use your skills in a new environment? Are you looking for a varied role that allows you to increase your technical skills through dedicated OEM training?
This company have been established nearly 20 years and are specialists in the manufacture, installation and maintenance of high tech electronic equipment used in residential and commercial properties the world over. They have grown massively throughout their history and are looking for people to join their specialist team on their journey of rapid expansion.
In this role you will be working with their customers across the UK and be the first point of contact with regards to any technical enquiries. You will be working with customers and engineers over the phone, video calls and remote login sessions to resolve issues as quickly as possible. This role also allows for development opportunities with company products and software offerings. This role will be Monday to Friday and require someone to be in the office full time.
