The position will be a combination of hands-on high-level B2B sales, managing a small sales and marketing team, and sales strategy.
This company is well established, working within multiple sectors within the Construction industry. Due to growth, they are looking to bring an experienced Sales and Marketing Director who has experience working in B2B sales at a senior level to help drive business growth both nationally and internationally.
In this role, you will be tasked with implementing a sales and marketing strategy to increase growth and profitability within the business. You will operate at board level responsible for overseeing sales and marketing teams, building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients by networking at director/board level and implementing pricing strategies to increase profitability.

- Based within an hour of Bristol - willing to travel as and when required either nationally or internationally.
