In this role, you will take on a number of responsibilities, primarily working from the office but occasionally visiting sites inside and outside the city. You will be responsible for preparing tender documents and managing the process, including the design marking schemes. One of your main responsibilities will be the successful management of cost plans, where you will develop, monitor, and control project budgets, ensuring they remain within financial constraints and providing cost-effective solutions throughout the lifecycle.
