Quantity Surveyor Central London, sites across London £60,000 – £70,000 + Package + Training + Progression This is an exciting opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a growing construction company who work on high value commercial projects across the capital, where you will have full support and ample opportunity for training and further qualifications, alongside clear career progression to Commercial Manager. Are you a Quantity Surveyor with previous experience working on commercial projects and are looking for a new opportunity? Do you want to join a growing construction company where they want to retain their staff through development and progression? This ambitious and growing construction company specialise in commercial fit out projects and they operate mostly within the Centre of London. Being a main contractor, they manage the whole project for their client and offer a full fit out service from the construction to joinery and M&E package. With a strong focus on building meaningful and strong relationships with their clients and offer a high-quality service has found them great success since their conception. Due to winning a new large project they are looking to add to their dynamic and driven team with this fantastic opportunity. In this role you will take on a number of responsibilities, which will include managing, controlling and monitoring the costs throughout the projects. As well as conducting feasibility studies and monthly valuations throughout the process. You will also be responsible for both procurement and estimating of materials and labor where you will negotiate with clients, subcontractors and clients. Finally, amongst other responsibilities you will also visiting site and continuously liaising with clients to ensure quality of work and help solve any problems if they arise. The ideal candidate will be a motivated Quantity Surveyor with previous experience working on fit out projects to be able to hit the ground running and is someone who is always keen to develop and progress.
