In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out mechanical estimations for HVAC projects. This includes cost estimation, feasibility studies, budget control, and risk assessment. You will collaborate with project teams to identify cost-saving opportunities, negotiate contracts, and prepare regular reports and forecasts. The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Mechanical Estimator with a background working on HVAC related projects. You will also hold either Bachelor's Degree or a HNC/ HND in a relevant discipline such as Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management or similar. This is an excellent opportunity to build a long term career with a dynamic and expanding business, where you will be integral to the successful delivery of projects across the UK.
