Within this varied position, you will be tasked with the install, service and repair of marine engine and propulsion systems with some fault finding and commissioning work to make up the rest of the day. With the excellent training on offer, any candidates with diesel engine experience are encouraged to apply. The Role:
- Service and repair of marine engines
- Install, test and commissioning of hydraulic and mechanical systems
- Workshop based with some site work
- 39 hour week, 7:30am - 16:15pm Monday to Friday (early finish Friday)
The Person:
- Any hands-on mechanical or electrical engineering experience
- Looking to progress or move into marine industry
- Can gain security clearance
- Lives commutable to Plymouth
