Manufacturing Engineer Luton Salary DOE + 33 Days Holiday + Pension + Life Assurance An Excellent opportunity for a Engineer that has been directly involved with continuous improvement, manufacturing processes and is looking to join an industry leading and expanding company, to further their technical development and have a career with a well-established company. This company have been established for over 200 years and due to continued growth are looking for an Engineer to play a pivotal role within the business to support day to day production processes. This role would suit an Engineer from a precision machining or similar background looking to move to an industry leading and expanding company based in Luton. The Role: Supporting day to day production, defining processes including design of tooling ensuring the right quantity of components/products are delivered and aligned to support the speed of the production. You will review efficiencies and eliminate waste within the manufacturing process to deliver high quality products/components to clearly defined standards. Benefits: 33 days holiday (Option to purchase additional 10 days) Pension contribution: Employee 3.5% & Employer 5.5%, 4x life assurance.
