Location: Hybrid (Nottingham, or Farnborough)
Are you an organised logistics or warehouse administrator looking to join a global engineering company in a pivotal coordination role? On offer is the opportunity to become an integral part of a fast-paced logistics function, working closely with third-party logistics (3PL) partners to ensure accurate and on-time delivery of stock, supporting supply chain operations for one of the world's leading water technology companies. This is a hybrid role based from either Nottingham, or Farnborough office, ideal for someone with strong communication and administration skills who enjoys working in a process-driven, collaborative team.
You will coordinate daily stock order activities, liaise with 3PL contacts, maintain up-to-date shipping logs, investigate delays, and support smooth warehouse operations via SAP/Steeb and Microsoft Excel.
The Role:
- Coordinating daily stock order activities between internal teams and 3PL partner
- Logging and tracking shipments, delivery ETAs, and Proof of Delivery (POD) updates
- Managing inbound receipts and inventory transfers on Steeb/SAP
- Maintaining clear records for internal audits and logistics performance reporting
- Monitoring warehouse mailboxes and ensuring swift issue escalation
The Person:
- Background in logistics coordination, warehouse admin, or supply chain (preferred)
- Confident communicator with good attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; SAP/Steeb experience desirable
- Able to work under time pressure and prioritise tasks effectively
- Strong team player with a proactive and organised approach
