Field Service Engineer National Travel (North West Based) £35,000-£39,5000 + Car + Fuel card (including personal fuel) + Door 2 Door + Overtime + Autonomy + Travel around Europe Are you an experienced service engineer looking to join a company that offer autonomy, trust, and really value their employees? Do you want the opportunity to become an expert in steam boiler and generator maintenance and work in a close-knit, family feel team of engineers to be valued as a person and not just a corporate number? This company have grown across Europe in their field. They work with major companies across the UK and Europe ensuring there is constant growth while ensuring their engineering staff are a top priority due to you being an integral part of the business. In your daily role you will be based from home covering sites local to you, but will also be required to be flexible to travel further afield both nationally and internationally to support the wider business need. Due to the niche of the industry, you may only be working 1 or 2 jobs a day ensuring every time you are able to promote the business brand and be a key representative of the skills, knowledge, and values of the business. You will spend your first few months shadowing to help you hone your skills until you are ready to work independently. This role will mainly be Monday to Friday, however there is an element of flexibility required for emergencies and weekend over time is a possibility. The business will always try to keep your weekends free but if you do work the weekend as overtime it will be paid at premium rates.
