Excellent opportunity for a NOC Engineer or 3rd Line Support Engineer with aspirations of becoming a Solutions Engineer to join a company that will train and develop you, pay for industry recognised certifications (CCNA), and has a clear route of progression! This company is at the forefront of connectivity solutions in challenging environments keeping people connected and safe. They are expanding their Solutions Engineering team due to continued success and are looking to add someone they are able to train and develop into the position.
In this role, you will start by assisting with NOC and 3rd Line duties whilst building up your knowledge in presales, IoT, and Telco solutions and products. You'll predominantly be office-based at the beginning of your career here but as your knowledge and skillset grows, you'll start attending client visits and sites and discussing solutions to issues they are having.
The ideal candidate will be a NOC or 3rd Line Support Engineer with ambitions to grow and develop into a Solutions Engineer. Candidates must have strong communication skills and must be eligible for SC clearance due to the location of the office. Candidates must hold a full driver's license and have their own vehicle.
