Are you looking for a days role within a globally recognised business where you will play a key role in the development of a flagship site? On offer is the chance to heavily influence the success of a multi-million pound site, by implementing your own ideas & strategies, whilst also supporting in the development of engineers within the team. This is an excellent opportunity to make key strategic decisions and implement crucial engineering improvement projects to increase site efficiency contributing directly to the business achieving its goals. In this role you will be primarily office based, working alongside the Plant Manager to work in a range of areas including but not limited to: engineer mentorship, maintenance planning / budgeting, continuous improvement projects, and QSHE standards and compliance. This role would suit a Maintenance Manager / Engineering Manager, looking for a varied, key strategic role within an industry leading businesses flagship site.
