On offer is an opportunity to join a leading renewable energy specialist, offering extensive training and career development? This company is one of the UK's leading Power Plant Operators, specialising within the Energy from Waste sector. They have a number of Sites across England, Scotland and Wales, looking to add a EC&I Technician to their Lincoln team. In this role you will be at the forefront of the Electrical Maintenance team, working on state of the art electrical equipment including PLC's, SCADA, DCS Systems and more! The ideal candidate will hold an electrical engineering qualification at HNC level or completed a relevant Apprenticeship. You should hold some level of experience working in a similar position and within a plant/equipment/instrumentation environment. This is a great position for someone looking to take the next step up in their career by getting onboard with a well-known and leading player in Renewable Energy market, where they can gain specialised industry training as well as further progression opportunities. The role: * Use electrical technical expertise to carry out planned, reactive and emergency work scopes within the maintenance plan. *Working on high tech electrical equipment. *Monday – Friday – Day Shift (7.30am-4pm) The person: * Educated to at least HNC in Engineering Practice / Electrical Engineering or hold a relevant Apprenticeship. * Holds experience working with similar plant/equipment/instrumentation.
