On offer is the chance to develop your career to senior positions within an exciting start-up business, who are currently working on one-of-a-kind composite research projects. This business of highly specialised Engineers and Researchers are developing new and highly technical materials for manufacturing within a number of sectors. As they continue to develop their product range, they are seeking a Research Engineer to join their highly talented engineering team. This role is split into 3 parts. The first part is dealing with the testing and validation to confirm the performance of their bespoke composite materials produced and then developing technical best use guides. The next part is dealing with enhancing product quality from streamlining the manufacturing to make the process more efficient. The final part of this role is to liaise with the customers getting technical feedback and analysis of our the composite materials performance when being used and then feeding this back for process improvements. This role would suit an engineer with a background in Materials Science/Composites, looking to specialise their technical capabilities and work for a highly niche and technical business.
