Welder / Fabricator / MIG Technician (Work Life Balance + Progression)

£15.50 – £16.25 + 1.33x Overtime + Further Technical Training + Working Foreman Progression + 7am – 3.30pm

Workshop based, commutable from Chudleigh, Exeter, Newton Abbot, Kingsteignton, Ashburton, Bovey Tracey, Topsham, Teignmouth, Dawlish, Torquay and surrounding areas

This is a brilliant opportunity to join a growing fabrication team, in a days based role that offers a great work life balance combined with the opportunity to progress your career into Working Foreman.

This company have a team of 15 in the workshop, and 40 across the company, they boast a low staff turnover and are recruiting due to further contract wins, they are looking for people that are wanting a long term career where they will be valued and invested in.

This role will suit someone that has experience as a Welder or Fabricator background looking to join a close knit specialist manufacturer that actively invest in their manufacturing team, in a days based role that offers a great work life balance, optional premium overtime

The Role:

*Working Monday to Friday 7am – 3.30pm with 1.33x optional overtime

*Working across to neighbouring workshops with a team of 15 other welders

*Further technical training and scope to progress your career

*Previous experience in a Manufacturing or Engineering environment

*Looking for a great work life balance, further training and some career recognition
