Legionella Risk Assessor

They are looking for a knowledgeable Legionella Risk Assessor who can confidently service client contracts, ranging from local authority, commercial and public sector premises. You will be travelling across: Reading, Bracknell, Basingstoke, Fleet, Farnborough, Farnham, Aldershot, Guildford, Slough, Windsor, Maidenhead, High Wycombe, Watford, Harrow, Wembley, Didcot, Stoke Mandeville, Aylesbury, Chesham, Twickenham, Kingston upon Thames, Mitcham, Sutton, Epsom, Croydon, Caterham, Redhill, Borehamwood, Potters Bar, St Albans.

Experience / Qualifications:

• Must have proven experience undertaking Legionella Risk Assessments in line with ACOP L8 guidelines
• Will be qualified with the City & Guilds (WMSoc) in Legionella Risk Assessing
• Good knowledge of HSG 274 guidelines
• It would be beneficial to have hands-on water hygiene / remedial plumbing experience
• Able to produce detailed reports
• Good client-facing experience

The Role:

• Conducting thorough legionella risk assessments on domestic hot & cold water systems
• Writing bespoke reports to outline findings and recommendations for remedials
• Collecting water samples and carrying out temperature monitoring
• Answering clients' queries and providing sound technical advice
• Maintaining and nurturing strong relationships with clients
• Travelling as required by the company
• Assisting new and training members of staff
