This company specialise in providing home adaptation solutions to help elderly and less abled people around their homes. With over 40 years history and off the back of building a strong reputation within the industry, they are in an exciting growth period so now is a great time to join the team.
In this role the successful candidate will head up the company’s contract team and will be responsible for preparing tenders, preparing price summaries from Schedules of Rates, produce specifications and create CAD scheme drawings based on Occupational Therapists recommendations. This will be an office-based role with site visits into London.
The ideal candidate will be a Contract Manager who has experience working with the Schedule of Rates, in particular NHF 6.2 and above. They will also have experience working on homes and maintenance works. They must have a full driving license and be commutable to Enfield.
