Are you a surveyor who holds a Level 3 in Utility Mapping, looking for a chance to progress your career and receive training to obtain your level 4, laboratory work and more? Do you want the chance to dramatically increase your earning through enhanced overtime, including double and triple pay, as well as full door-to-door pay?

My client are established Geotechnical / Geoenvironmental specialists who are looking to expand their workforce. They are the largest UK based company within their field and provide an exciting list of services such as surveying / mapping, laboratory work and site assessment.

In this role, you will have an exciting variety of both on site and CAD drawing work, with a rough 70/30 On site to home working balance. You will be working within a varied project pipeline, mapping and surveying utilities projects across the UK - including but not limited to railways, oil refineries, substations and more.

This is an ideal role for a Utility surveyor looking to take the next step in your career through qualification upskilling and the gaining of experience in a range of different projects. This is also an opportunity for someone to dramatically increase their earnings through door to door pay and enhanced overtime - as well as upskill into drilling or laboratory work in the future.

The Role:

  • Conducting ground and site surveys, including downloading mapping data.
  • CAD design work after survey completion to complete mapping.
  • Working across the UK on a variety of projects.
  • Occasional overnight stays, as well as night shifts - all expensed and paid at enhanced rate.
  • 70 / 30 Site to home working balance.

The Person:

  • Experience in Utility Surveying and Mapping.
  • Qualified to QCF Level 3 as a minimum, with full Level 4 training provided.
  • Experience in AutoCAD.
  • Full UK Driving License.
