This company are well established in the metal fabrication industry, working across a number of sectors including commercial vehicles, construction and rail. This is a brand new role in the business in line with their ambitious growth plans.
In this role you will be hybrid between working within the office, from home, and field based visiting customers. You will predominantly be developing business development strategies to grow client bases, using technical knowledge to build relationships and provide a strong service. The role would be perfect for someone with a background in metal fabrication, welding or similar. Considered are hands on engineers who are eager to step off the tools into a technical sales role, or those who already have some knowledge within sales.
The Role:
- Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:15pm (12:30 on Friday)
- Field based and office based
- Developing relationships with clients and providing technical expertise
- Scope to lead a team in future
The Person:
- Background in welding/ metal fabrication or similar
- Previous experience within sales OR keen to train into a sales role
- Full UK Driver's license
